Investigating a Novel Treatment for Nervous System Reset Without Medication or Surgery
If you’re living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and haven’t found relief through traditional treatment—or you’re unable to access Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) due to cost —you may qualify for a no-cost clinical study at NW Regen.
🤝 Why We’re Doing This
At NW Regen, we believe that healing from trauma should be accessible, personalized, and grounded in science. This study reflects our commitment to helping patients reclaim calm and balance—without relying on medication alone.
If you or someone you love is living with PTSD and searching for a new way forward, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

We are currently enrolling patients in a year-long study evaluating
~ NW REGEN
the use of bilateral cervical plexus hydrodissection using CPHD-D5W.
💡 Why This Study Matters
Trauma doesn’t just affect memory and mood. It recalibrates the nervous system, keeping many people locked in cycles of anxiety, hypervigilance, or shutdown.
This study offers a new path forward for those who feel like they’ve tried everything. It does not use the SGB therapy, but another innovative technique that uses a minimally invasive, ultrasound-guided procedure.
The procedure is designed to help calm the body’s overactive stress response and relieve symptoms of trauma-related nervous system dysregulation.
✔️ What Makes This Study Unique:
- For real people — Designed for individuals navigating PTSD, especially those who haven’t qualified for or responded to standard treatments
- Not a medication trial — This is a procedural study, not a pharmaceutical one
- Innovative protocol — Targets the cervical plexus, a powerful nerve center involved in sympathetic regulation
- No cost to participants — All study-related treatment and follow-up is covered by NW Regen
- Evidence-informed formula — Uses CPHD-D5W, which combines dextrose, vitamins B6 and B12, dexamethasone, and clonidine for nerve support

🧪 What the Procedure Involves
This study investigates the effectiveness of bilateral cervical plexus hydrodissection—a precise, ultrasound-guided technique that introduces a nerve-calming solution (CPHD-D5W) around the cervical plexus, a cluster of nerves near the front of the neck. This area influences the autonomic nervous system, which governs your body’s stress responses.
The procedure is:
- Minimally invasive
- Performed in-clinic
- Typically completed in under 30 minutes per session
- Followed by a simple monitoring period and questionnaires
Over the course of the year, participants will complete:
- One intake evaluation
- Five treatment sessions (weeks 0, 2, 4, 8 and 13)
- Follow-up appointments and check-ins across 12 months
✅ Who Can Apply
You may qualify if:
- You have a diagnosed case of PTSD
- You’ve previously tried at least one traditional treatment (e.g., therapy, medication, EMDR)
- You are struggling to afford the SGB treatment
- You are able to attend 5 in-person clinic visits at our Portland, Oregon location over a 13-week period and be available for study check-ins over the course of a year.
