Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 32–40 hours/week
Pay Range: $21–$26/hour (DOE)
Location: 16250 SW Upper Boones Ferry Road, Portland, OR 97224

About NW Regen:

We are a small, specialty medical clinic focused on regenerative orthopedics, injection therapies, mental health, and integrative medicine. Our clinic is intentionally not a cold, sterile, high-volume medical facility. Instead, we pride ourselves on being warm, inclusive, supportive, and deeply patient-centered.

Our Culture

We are a specialty clinic, and our team reflects that. We value kindness, accountability, curiosity, laughter, and genuine care for both patients and each other. If you’re looking for a role where you can grow clinically and be part of a supportive, mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Patients

Our patients often come to us after long healthcare journeys and may carry significant physical and emotional trauma. Compassion, humor, patience, and emotional intelligence are just as important here as technical skills. We are looking for a Medical Assistant who truly enjoys people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in high-quality care.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Self-motivated with excellent self-management and physician time-management skills
  • Calm, grounded, and capable of supporting patients with trauma histories

  • Learning to assist the physician in lab procedures
  • Processing PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
  • Supporting injection-based procedures
  • Assisting with tilt table testing
  • Opportunity to help with clinic social media posting (preferred, not required)

  • Phlebotomy certification required at minimum
  • Knowledge of exam, diagnostic, and treatment room procedures
