Meet Dr. Ryan Wood
Dr. Ryan R. Wood is a licensed Naturopathic and Chiropractic physician focusing on interventional orthopedic, orthobiologic, and general musculoskeletal and non-surgical orthopedic medicine.
With nearly two decades of orthopedic practice across multiple disciplines, Dr Wood’s unique background helps to guide a holistic, innovative, and patient-centered approach to pain management, musculoskeletal and orthobiologic regenerative medicine.
He holds RMSK certification ensuring professional level onsite musculoskeletal ultrasound, placing him at the forefront of industry standards for both diagnostic imaging and guided orthopedic injections.
Dr. Wood has tailored thousands of regenerative orthopedic injections using combinations of: Prolotherapy, Platelet Rich-Plasma, Autologous Micro-Fragmented Adipose Tissue (MFAT) grafts, and Culture Expanded Stem Cell therapies.
He has expertise in condition-specific nerve treatments, including perineural injection therapies, perineural hydrodissection, and regional specific nerve blocks.
Dr. Wood is a leading expert in the use of Stellate Ganglion Blocks (DSR SGB) having performed over 2,000 to date. He regularly performs perineural hydrodissection for nerve-related injuries and has pioneered new techniques under ultrasound guidance.
Currently Dr. Wood is a faculty educator for ReJuv MedFit, where he lectures on interventional regenerative orthopedics, ultrasound guided injection techniques, and diagnostic protocols plus procedures. He continues to be invited to lecture domestically and internationally, especially for his experience with Stellate Ganglion Blocks.
