Compassionate and dedicated, Dr. Alicia Hart is a naturopathic physician with a heartfelt commitment to promoting holistic wellness for families. She strongly believes in the power of individualized care and values the importance of addressing both physical and emotional health.
Dr. Hart provides NW Regen patients with mental health diagnosis and treatment for people ages 7+. She specializes in ADHD, anxiety, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), depression, and postpartum mood disorders. She supports families navigating ADHD and sensory processing challenges, along with connective tissue disorders and POTS diagnosis. Her services include prescription medication, herbal treatments, therapeutic modalities, medication management, and educational classes.
With a commitment to lifelong learning, Dr. Hart actively pursues continuing education in mental health, botanical medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Certificate in Natural Childbirth in 2015 from the National University of Natural Medicine. After completing a rigorous three-year residency in family practice, pediatrics, and women’s health at SW Family Physicians, she founded her own practice in SW Portland before joining NW Regen in 2025.
Dedicated to her community, she frequently participates in racial justice and equity work at her children’s school, leads community hikes, and cheers her kids on at martial arts tournaments. She loves reading—especially science fiction and fantasy—and video gaming. Embracing her self-identified nerdy side, she fosters a warm and approachable environment for her patients, ensuring they feel seen and understood in their healthcare journey.
